Return/refund policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, giving you two months from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Additionally, please have the receipt or proof of purchase on hand.

To initiate a return, reach out to us at support@juliankingsley.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception, and if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: To expedite getting the item you want, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return approval, please contact us at support@juliankingsley.com.
